Kelley Collins

Clinical Supervisor, Registered Behavior Technician

Kelley graduated from Indiana University Kokomo in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.  Since graduating she has been working to help children and their families with behavioral health needs.  Kelley has a background working in many different settings, including school-based, in home and in the community.  Since joining our staff she has become passionate about learning more about Autism Spectrum Disorders and is credentialed as a Registered Behavior Technician.  Kelley is responsible for helping manage programs and co-consulting with our behavior analysts.  She recently graduated from Ball State University with her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.

 

Rachal Gibson

Care Coordinator, Registered Behavior Technician

Rachal is our Care Coordinator at Engaging Minds.  She has been on staff since December 2016 and is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with almost five years of ABA experience.  Rachal handles our new client intakes and tours of the facility, staff scheduling, and plans the field trips and activities for our kiddos, among many, many other things.  She and her husband and two children moved to Muncie in June 2016 from the Indy area. Rachal has a family member with special needs and began volunteering with Special Olympics at age 16, opening many doors to helping others in need.  In her free time, she enjoys camping, boating and spending time with her family. 

 

Ashley Hallmen

Program Coordinator, Registered Behavior Technician

Ashley is a graduate of Purdue University, where she concentrated her studies in Human Services. With more than four years of experience including management and customer service, her passion for improving the lives of others led to a career working with persons with disabilities. She also previously worked with individuals with a variety of disabilities during her undergraduate studies and found this experience both inspiring and rewarding. Ashley is grateful for the opportunity to provide ABA therapy to those with autism and their families through Engaging Minds. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree through Ball State University.

 

Morgan Jackson

Program Coordinator, Registered Behavior Technician

Morgan joined our family in June 2015 and has earned certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).  She is certified as a Level 2(p) practitioner in Professional Crisis Management (PCM).  Morgan came to us following three years working with the autism program through the Kokomo Community Schools.  She has worked with adults and children with special needs for 13 years with her background in Early Childhood Education. Morgan is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in Applied Behavior Analysis through Kaplan/Purdue University.  In her free time, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

 

Morgan Robertson

Staff Trainer, Registered Behavior Technician

Morgan recently graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Speech and Hearing Sciences. Morgan is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis through the University of Cincinnati. Morgan has always enjoyed working with children and has experience with home, school, and clinical settings.  Her interest in Autism Spectrum Disorders began while taking a research methods class at IU.  Morgan is originally from Alberta, Canada, but has lived in Indiana for 10 years. Outside of work Morgan enjoys cycling, being outdoors, and spending time with her family and three dogs.

 

Jackie Schick

Lead Therapist, Registered Behavior Technician

Born and raised in Kokomo, Jackie is a 2015 graduate of Indiana University Kokomo with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Sciences, and minors in Psychology and Nutritional Sciences.  She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis through Ball State University.  Jackie has several years of experience working with individuals with special needs, including being an assistant coach for the Special Olympics volleyball team.  She is excited to finish her Master’s Degree to better make a difference in the lives of families in her own community of Kokomo.  Jackie has a passion for working with children and watching them grow and learn.  In her free time, she enjoys watching sports, especially the Indiana Hoosiers and Green Bay Packers.

 

Corrine Antrim

Program Coordinator, Registered Behavior Technician

Corrine is a Program Coordinator and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who joined our staff in January 2018 with more than 2 years of ABA experience.  She holds a Bachelors degree from Ball State University in Psychology and will finish her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Purdue Global University in November 2018.  Corrine plans to become a BCBA here at Engaging Minds after graduation.  She was led to ABA after working at a summer camp with children with autism, and loves watching each child learn and grow every day.  Corrine is the mom of a 3 year old son. 

Abbey Juday

Program Coordinator, Registered Behavior Technician

Abbey is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who joined our team in April 2018 with a year of ABA therapy.  She graduated from Taylor University with a degree in Psychology, and is pursuing her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University to become a BCBA.  Abbey was led into ABA therapy after developing a passion for special needs children and wanting to help them accomplish their goals they work hard for. Abbey was recently married, and she enjoys going to the lakes, making crafts and spending time with her husband and family.

Allison Parker

Program Coordinator, Registered Behavior Technician

Allison is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who joined our team in May 2018 with a year of ABA experience. She graduated from Ball State University with her Bachelors in Elementary Education and is currently in the Masters program in Applied Behavior Analysis towards becoming a BCBA. Allison has always had a passion for working with children, especially one on one. In her free time, Allison enjoys playing piano, running and playing with her dogs.

 

Kayla Brown

Staff Trainer, Registered Behavior Technician

Kayla is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who joined our team in April 2018 with 3 years of ABA experience. She is working toward her Bachelors degree in Psychology at Indiana Wesleyan University and intends to begin her Masters toward becoming a BCBA. Kayla has worked with many learners over her tenure as a behavior technician, and the progress the kids make on a daily basis motivated her to continue pursuing ABA as a career. Kayla was recently married to her husband, Austin, and enjoys hiking, kayaking and spending time with her family, friends, and dog.
