Kelley Collins

Clinical Supervisor, Registered Behavior Technician

Kelley graduated from Indiana University Kokomo in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.  Since graduating she has been working to help children and their families with behavioral health needs.  Kelley has a background working in many different settings, including school-based, in home and in the community.  Since joining our staff she has become passionate about learning more about Autism Spectrum Disorders and is credentialed as a Registered Behavior Technician.  Kelley is responsible for helping manage programs and co-consulting with our behavior analysts.  She recently graduated from Ball State University with her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.

 

Rachal Gibson

Care Coordinator, Registered Behavior Technician

Rachal is our Care Coordinator at Engaging Minds.  She has been on staff since December 2016 and is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with almost five years of ABA experience.  Rachal handles our new client intakes and tours of the facility, staff scheduling, and plans the field trips and activities for our kiddos, among many, many other things.  She and her husband and two children moved to Muncie in June 2016 from the Indy area. Rachal has a family member with special needs and began volunteering with Special Olympics at age 16, opening many doors to helping others in need.  In her free time, she enjoys camping, boating and spending time with her family. 

 

Morgan Jackson

Behavior Consultant, Registered Behavior Technician

Morgan joined our family in June 2015 and has earned certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).  She is certified as a Level 2(p) practitioner in Professional Crisis Management (PCM).  Morgan came to us following three years working with the autism program through the Kokomo Community Schools.  She has worked with adults and children with special needs for 13 years with her background in Early Childhood Education. Morgan is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in Applied Behavior Analysis through Kaplan/Purdue University.  In her free time, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

 

Allison Parker

Behavior Consultant, Registered Behavior Technician

Allison is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who joined our team in May 2018 with a year of ABA experience. She graduated from Ball State University with her Bachelors in Elementary Education and is currently in the Masters program in Applied Behavior Analysis towards becoming a BCBA. Allison has always had a passion for working with children, especially one on one. In her free time, Allison enjoys playing piano, running and playing with her dogs.

 

 

 

Corrine Antrim

Behavior Consultant, Registered Behavior Technician

Corrine is on our team of Behavior Consultants who joined our staff in January 2018 with more than 2 years of ABA experience.  She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Purdue University Global, and her Bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Psychology. She is a BCBA-candidate and plans to become a BCBA here at Engaging Minds after her Board exam.  She was led to ABA after working at a summer camp with children with autism, and loves watching each child learn and grow every day.  Corrine is the mom of a 3 year old son. 

Ashley Figueroa

Program Coordinator, Registered Behavior Technician

Ashley is a graduate of Purdue University, where she concentrated her studies in Human Services. With more than four years of experience including management and customer service, her passion for improving the lives of others led to a career working with persons with disabilities. She also previously worked with individuals with a variety of disabilities during her undergraduate studies and found this experience both inspiring and rewarding. Ashley is grateful for the opportunity to provide ABA therapy to those with autism and their families through Engaging Minds. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree through Ball State University in Applied Behavior Analysis.

 

Jackie Schick

Program Coordinator, Registered Behavior Technician

Born and raised in Kokomo, Jackie is a 2015 graduate of Indiana University Kokomo with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Sciences, and minors in Psychology and Nutritional Sciences.  She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis through Ball State University.  Jackie has several years of experience working with individuals with special needs, including being an assistant coach for the Special Olympics volleyball team.  She is excited to finish her Master’s Degree to better make a difference in the lives of families in her own community of Kokomo.  Jackie has a passion for working with children and watching them grow and learn.  In her free time, she enjoys watching sports, especially the Indiana Hoosiers and Green Bay Packers.

 

Abbey Juday

Program Coordinator, Registered Behavior Technician

Abbey is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who joined our team in April 2018 with a year of ABA therapy.  She graduated from Taylor University with a degree in Psychology, and is pursuing her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University to become a BCBA.  Abbey was led into ABA therapy after developing a passion for special needs children and wanting to help them accomplish their goals they work hard for. Abbey was recently married, and she enjoys going to the lakes, making crafts and spending time with her husband and family.

 

 

Sarah Strange

Program Coordinator, Registered Behavior Technician

Sarah joined the Engaging Minds team in 2016. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Indiana University Kokomo, and previously worked with special needs children at Vacation Bible School. Sarah enjoys spending time with her fiance’, Corgi, and Chihuahua, baking pies, saving the Earth (and inspiring others to also care for our planet), reading, and doing yoga.

 

Catlyn (Cat) Altman

Program Coordinator, Registered Behavior Technician

Catlyn (Cat) is a Program Coordinator and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who joined our team in May 2018. She received her Bachelors degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice at Ball State University. She was led to ABA therapy after learning about behavioral psychology during her undergraduate career. Cat was married in May 2018 and enjoys reading, hiking, biking, Harry Potter and Star Wars. She has a cat, a dog and two birds, but loves all animals. Cat hopes to be a part of the FBI’s behavioral services unit in the future.

Hannah Marley

Program Coordinator, Registered Behavior Technician

Hannah is a Program Coordinator and Registered Behavior Technician who joined our team in December 2017 after graduating from Ball State University with her Bachelors degree in Family Studies and Child Development, with a minor in Autism Spectrum Disorders.  She was led to ABA after she took classes at BSU, and after shadowing our clinic prior to graduation, decided this field would be a great fit after seeing how ABA is implemented.  Hannah loves watching the kids learn new skills and seeing them grow.  She is involved in her church, enjoys babysitting, riding bikes and hiking, and spending time with friends.

Courtney Hullinger
Program Coordinator, Registered Behavior Technician

Courtney is a Program Coordinator and Registered Behavior Technician who joined our team after she graduated from Anderson University in December 2017 with her Bachelor’s degree in Family Science.  She has always wanted to help children improve their quality of life and enjoys helping others as a positive influence.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and painting to relax.  Courtney plans to stay in Muncie for a while and earn her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University.
